Co-creating a new level of leaders and leading. Interrupting the norm for the better.

关于我们

The Prometheus Project is a global initiative of experts and learners from every rank and corner. We share the structural challenge to make leading clear and leaders common. Why? - big issues like climate, health, justice, and technology also require human capacities and skills to address. Our systems and our societies are on track when each member has a personal sense and expectation of thriving.

Are our constructs of leadership equally suited to good vs evil protagonists? Does leading mean the same things for a Hitler or a Mandela? If so, are those constructs sufficient for guiding our development and loyalties? Otti Vogt has an initiative that he has called Leadership For Good. Prometheus grappled with the question of good results vs results, the sufficiency of followers.as a criteria, and other themes in its work on the Prometheus leadership Framework. Where do Otti and Prometheus align and where do we challenge each other's thinking on who leaders are and what leaders do that affords outcomes for the good? Prometheus and Voices afford cross-disciplinary and cross-contextual learning. So, we will explore these Leadership for Good questions live and unrehearsed in the Voices session on March 17th. Bring your best thinking and experience to the conversation. Voices is FREE. Register here. https://lnkd.in/gD8n2nSY Guido Palazzo Mary Gentile John Hibbs Dr. Tomi White Bryan Robert (Bob) J. Joseph Hanna, in his book on building and running a technology business, asserts that 'job one' is to build the culture as you build and scale the team. We could not agree more. Many others would, as well. But not many extend that to the actionable tricky part of what culture is made of and what the 'bricks and mortar' might be that the CEO might hold in their sights. We are curious about how Joe thinks about going about that and if the elements of leading are the elements of culture. #culture #organization Prometheus Project is hosting Joe Hanna | CEO Voices | Human Factors. Make sure to attend it on February 18.

It is a business person and technology innovator's dream to launch a product and have it land in the top Gartner quadrant for innovation and ability to deliver and to be named as a top-rising influence in its segment. Technology innovator, businessman, CEO, and now best-selling author Joseph Hanna could talk to us about his PLOM Product Methodology, but we will explore only one aspect of the portfolio of elements that he clarifies in his recent book - the people part. We dont expect the same platitudes that are too common, but a hard-nosed pragmatist and innovator who knows the truth of things above the idea of them. Join us. Its free. pre-register here https://lnkd.in/gJmp96ig

Prometheus Project is hosting Warmer Voices | Human Presence. Make sure to pre-register to get the free link to attend it on February 3. (this is the link https://lnkd.in/es7_t-UV) "Suitable for all ages, sages, and wages" Leveraging the theme of Improv from our session on Jan 21 with Johanna de Ruyter we are taking both a beginner's mind and an improv perspective to the Warm Data experience. This session is built on Nora Bateson's PNP ritual, with adjustments to this context - but also resonant with Nora's perspective on improv expressed in this video: https://lnkd.in/esaWeSFm? The main session will be limited to 90 minutes, but there will be a space for shared processing for those who have the time and motivation to consider 'What have we learned from this process?' Everything about this is different. The Normalize Connections Initiative of Prometheus Project is a simple adaptation of practices (rooted in several disciplines). The effect is surprising. Participants can expect to open awareness at the level of human connection. The impacts include shifting perspectives, capacities of presence, awareness of people and differences, a different energy, and a sharper focus on the reality of human factors in our lives, work, and society. This is a 90-minute session followed by an optional 30-minute retrospective.

IMPROV is No Joke! If you have thought of improv as a fun activity or entertainment, you can look again to find more. The truth underlying these practices - and the minds and relationships they are built with - are the nuts and bolts, the bread and butter, the notes, and the syncopation of innovation and transformations. Johanna de Ruyter will bring a very intimate look at what is essential in the experience and practice of Improv - all the way from Syndey. It is a New Year, and for some, the Feast of the Epiphany, the day after Christmas for some. Whatever the perspective across traditions, this is the time to reflect and refine (or pivot) In this post, we share the version 3.25 of the Prometheus Framework - a 2025 refresh of version 3.0 which was released last year. Some like the change and the 'just right' language

Some of the more elusive and sometimes controversial ideas that are part of leadership are intent, purpose, vision, 'outcome focus'. Are some wrong about this and some right? Are all of them right, contextually? How do these ideas affect our choice in the moment? Where does 'intent' fit in complex systems? We hope to explore some of these entangled relationships in our last Voices session of 202 with Alicia Juarrero (and looking forward to 2025)
