Prometheus grappled with the question of good results vs results, the sufficiency of followers as a criterion, and other themes in its work on the Prometheus leadership Framework. Where do Otti and Prometheus align and where do we challenge each other's thinking on who leaders are and what leaders do that affords outcomes for the good? Joseph Hanna, in his book on building and running a technology business, asserts that 'job one' is to build the culture as you build and scale the team. We could not agree more. Everything about this is different. The Normalize Connections Initiative of Prometheus Project is a simple adaptation of practices (rooted in several disciplines). The effect is surprising.
