Clinics are the Swiss army knife for HR professionals.
Lots of employers tackle OSHA requirements all at once on an annual schedule. Turnover often leads to requirements getting missed for a year or more. Health clinics are great tools to relieve HR and Safety managers from burdensome requirements of OSHA. They also allow for baseline hearing screening, vision screening, silica testing, etc. during preemployment. This allows for faster, less burdensome onboarding and creates continuity for their regulatory requirements.
