Our first Prologis Ventures Investment in Mexico: Kolors! In the logistics industry, transportation can be a decisive factor in retaining talent. In Mexico specifically, customers are challenged with getting talent out to industrial parks safely, efficiently and cost effectively. Kolors transportation software digitizes what used to be a process of phone calls, spreadsheets and handwritten schedules, making the entire transportation process smoother, more reliable and data-driven. In honor of our Prologis Ventures team announcing its participation in Kolors’ Series B financing round, the team visited our offices in Mexico to connect with Kolors leaders.

Our Central European portfolio has officially surpassed 5 million square meters! The team reached this milestone by opening a new 37,000 sqm building at Prologis Park Ruda ?l?ska in Poland – a development now available for customers. Like all new Prologis buildings in Poland, Ruda ?l?ska meets the requirements for BREEAM Excellent certification. Congratulations to our Central European team!
