Our journey with Power Logistics continues – and it is now our largest property in Sweden!? ?? Thirteen years ago, we developed POWER Logistics’ distribution center in Skillingaryd – today, we inaugurate the SECOND expansion of the original property, adding 20,000 sqm.? ? We brought the full range of Prologis expertise to this project – construction, essentials, energy, mobility and sustainability all under one roof! The result? A top-notch building with additional loading docks, a shelving system with space for over 3,900 pallets, a solar-ready roof, EV charging stations and biodiversity initiatives.
