Project WILL is expanding in 2025 with a new Employment Services Division:?Introducing the LAUNCH program The LAUNCH program is an innovative initiative designed to assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in effectively navigating the job search process and achieving sustainable career success. By concentrating on: Learning?new skills,? Accessing?resources,? Understanding?their rights and strengths,? Networking?with mentors, peers and potential employers,? Creating?tailored resumes and career plans, and? Honing?their skills for continuous improvement, this program adopts a comprehensive approach to workplace preparedness. LAUNCH serves as the next step for participants transitioning from The LINKS Initiative, once they are prepared to fully engage in the workforce. Additionally, individuals entering Project WILL who may be eager to commence their careers are also encouraged to apply. Over the course of an eight-week curriculum, participants will explore a career cluster of interest, benefiting from training specifically designed to align them with employers and equip them with the necessary tools for success.? We have scholarships for those who do not have a Medicaid Waiver. If you have the FSW or CIH waiver, services used for LAUNCH include Career Exploration and Planning and Extended Services. Yasmin Cline, the Chief Operating Officer at CIYFC, recently served as a guest panelist at the 2nd annual Bubbles & Bags Brunch and Designer Purse Auction hosted by Project WILL, Inc. This inspiring event was held at The VisionLoft Events Mass Ave and VisionLoft Stutz in Indianapolis and brought together community organizations and supporters to provide a safe environment for individuals that fosters positive personal growth.
