We’ve been able to upload three years’ worth of Excel spreadsheets into AI and ask it to just look at two questions: What do you value most from your membership? And: If we were to be able to provide one product or service that could ease your life as a psychologist — and make you more satisfied — what would that be?

A few highlights: - 71% of attendee-side respondents said ease of check-in at a conference can make or break their event experience - 72% of attendee-side respondents said it’s vital that in-person events have ample free time that isn’t fully booked with sessions and conference-related experiences - 55% of attendee-side respondents said it’s somewhat important to have immersive experiences that allow them to disconnect

Successful events where attendees return home buzzing about their experience don't just happen. Those meetings require a solid (and executable) strategy, a strong vision and a deep understanding of attendees -- including their "why." My sister Jayne has influenced my life both professionally and personally. She has been a nurse for 40 years. She has a caring heart and always puts others first. I watched her balance her career while raising two kids. We lost our parents to cancer at an early age, she chose to honor our parents to help other cancer patients by working in an infusion facility at UC Davis Medical in Northern CA. She shows her patients love and compassion just like she does to our family. One of my goals throughout my career has been to show the same compassion each day with the internal and external customers I interact with! ?? ???????? ???? ???????? ???????????????? ?????????? ?????????? ?????????????? ???????? ???????? ????????? My favorite thing about working at Projection is the culture. I feel appreciated. I enjoy going into the office each day. The culture is positive and there is a good balance of working and spending time with our families. We all work together as a team. I am happy to be part of a team that cares for the customers and the future of Projection. ???? ???????? ???????????????? ???? ???????????????????????? ?????????????????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ?????????????? ???? ?????????????? ???? ?????? ????????????? Milestones I am focusing on are to help the Projection team reach our yearly goals and continue learning and growing in my career and my personal life. I would like to become a CMA (Certified Management Accountant). I enjoy working out in the gym or outdoors. Spin classes are my favorite! I ran and walked in the Broadstreet Run in Philadelphia - the best experience/challenge ever. I love spending time with my family. We live all over the county from VA to Tampa, Northern CA up to Salem, OR and Seattle. I have eight nieces/nephews and two great nephews. I enjoy watching all sports, I am a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan! ?? ???????? ???? ?????????????????? ?????? ?????? ?????????????? ?????????????? ???? ??????????????????? I look forward to being a part of Business Central Implementation this year. We have started the process and change is always good, especially when Projection is growing as a company! There is a lot of opportunity for venues to build loyalty with planners by actively bringing up solutions for minimizing food waste at their events.
