Meet Cheryl, our engagement specialist and familiar face around Ingleside. Whether she's attending local events, partnering with small businesses, or working alongside non-profits, Cheryl helps ensure Project YaREN is showing up and supporting what matters most to the community. “I love highlighting amazing people—both on our team and in the community. Everyone works so hard,” says Cheryl. “But I have a soft spot for community non-profits. Supporting programs in need gives my job a lot of purpose. It makes my days so much better.” We’re lucky to have Cheryl leading the way as we continue building lasting partnerships in Ingleside.

Hiring locally is a priority for Project YaREN. Meet Tarek, Project Director of Project YaREN. With 25+ years in large-scale industrial projects, Tarek has been at the forefront of complex engineering and construction efforts across the globe, including ammonia production facilities. "Projects of this size and complexity require a robust team to effectively work together though planning and execution," says Tarek. "The greatest satisfaction is directly tied to team accomplishments and seeing the endless hours of planning materialize at site and ultimately with the delivery of an operating facility – incident and injury free."
