Oversee the full portfolio of programs, ensuring they are equitably designed, executed effectively, and refined based on student outcomes. ?? Develop and implement a responsive curriculum focused on student growth, while driving toward key impact measures. ?? Lead the design and execution of alumni programming, ensuring Project OneTen’s impact extends beyond the first year of high school. ???? Manage external partnerships to ensure seamless program implementation and sustainability. ?? Play a key role in expanding student recruitment to increase reach and diversity in participant enrollment. ?? In January, we taught our mentees what self-care is and how to apply it. Here's a reminder of what it can look like.

Over the next few days, we’ll be introducing you to our three newest portfolio organizations, starting with Project OneTen. Founded in 2018, Project OneTen is a mentorship program designed to support Black and Latinx students who often don’t receive the academic and emotional support they need to excel. The program prioritizes relationship-driven support, addressing an opportunity gap that disproportionately impacts students of color in Chicago. Why did A Better Chicago Invest? To support the program’s holistic model, which has proven effective in boosting freshman-on-track rates and increasing high school graduation outcomes.??
