Thank you University of Nevada-Las Vegas for joining us on Friday for your Service Day. Even college students are missing classes because they don’t have proper period supplies. Periods don’t stop because you don’t have supplies and we won’t stop advocating for period supplies to be offered free in public bathrooms. Including those in schools. Every year we donate 12,000 mini “Grow with the Flow” kits to our Clark County School District for their 5th grade Growth and Development class. It’s a huge undertaking that requires us to divide all the kits by school. A ton of boxes are needed. THIS year the boxes were donated by Ken at The Home Depot in SW Las Vegas, store #3314. This is a huge savings to us and an essential part of the project. Thank you Ken and Home Depot for understanding that everyone deserves a healthy and dignified period.
