This weekend, Reasons Eating Disorder Center proudly partnered with AlignED Care Eating Disorder and Mental Health Center to sponsor an incredible event with Project HEAL. We shared stories, celebrated community, and explored healing through creativity. One of the highlights? Shannon Braasch and I teamed up to put together an amazing brunch board. I also had the privilege of meeting Nōn Wels, who facilitated a beautiful guided journaling experience. Their insight and thoughtful prompts using Feely Cards encouraged everyone to reflect, express, and connect with themselves in new ways. Feely Cards are an amazing tool and I encourage everyone to check them out! I’m so grateful to have been part of such a special day surrounded by inspiring individuals working toward greater access to healing and recovery.
