Congrats to our neighbors at Seen Health for the long awaited Grand Opening of their new PACE Center in Alhambra. Very cool to watch a vision from founders Xing S. and Yang Su come to fruition, wishing them continued success!
?? A Historic Moment for Senior Care & Seen Health! ?? This Saturday, we marked a major milestone, celebrating the official grand opening of Seen Health's first PACE center—expanding access to exceptional, culturally attuned care for seniors and setting a new standard for aging at home. Located in San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles County, our center is already providing seniors with high-quality medical and social care at our center and in their homes. Since January, we’ve welcomed our first participants, offering on-site medical care, rehabilitation, engaging social programs, nutritious meals, and door-to-door transportation—all designed to help seniors thrive. ?? Our participant Rongmei (Emma) Wang shared with the audience how Seen Health has helped her address a healthcare gap and supported her daily since enrolling in January. She extended her and her family’s appreciation for the care she’s received, “As seniors, we may feel vulnerable, but at Seen Health, we are seen and supported. Their care honors our traditions—every gesture and detail reflects the respect and kindness we cherish. With such caring people by my side, I feel hopeful and ready to start this new chapter at Seen Health.” We were honored to celebrate this moment alongside top officials including U.S. Representative Judy Chu, California Assemblymember Mike Fong, the office of State Senator Sasha Renee Perez, Alhambra Mayor Katherine Lee, Councilwoman Noya Wang, P.E., S.E., Monterey Park Mayor Vinh Ngo, City of San Gabriel councilmember Tony Ding, Members of the Alhambra Chamber Of Commerce, and Co-founders of Astrana Health, Executive Chairman Dr. Kenneth Sim and Vice Chairman Dr. Thomas Lam —?all of whom recognize the critical need for high-quality, culturally-focused senior care in our communities. ?? "We have 12 million older adults in the U.S. struggling to find the care that they need and Seen Health’s PACE center is stepping up to this challenge." – U.S. Representative Judy Chu. From the traditional lion dance to a joyful ribbon-cutting ceremony, this event was a powerful reflection of Seen Health’s vibrant local connections. The event celebrated Seen Health’s deep partnership with the community highlighting youth dancers from Dian Art Center and Immortals Dance Team, local musicians, and the catered food from Phoenix Food and Dessert. The co-founders of Seen Health, Xing S. and Yang Su, stated: “Today marks just the beginning. We aim to set a new standard for what aging care can—and should—be, right here in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley.” #SeenHealth #SeniorCare #HealthcareInnovation #PACE #GrandOpening #SanGabrielValley #CommunityDrivenCare ??
