This month, Regency elevated competition and teamwork with the Regency Olympics 2024, bringing out the fun and creativity in our staff! Employees collaborated to earn points by completing tasks across their campus, including finding a mascot, designing a flag, and capturing memorable photos with staff and residents. It was a lively and friendly competition that we’re excited to continue in the future!

Regency Senior Communities has a committee called Make it Matter, focused on offering engaging opportunities for our employees. This committee organizes everything from fun events to volunteer opportunities. This week, members of the Make it Matter committee teamed up with Eras Senior Network to assist a local community member with some of her yard work needs.

At Regency, we don't just show how much our residents love where they live; we also highlight our employees who truly love where they work. Meet Brian from Regency New Berlin. Although his T-shirt design didn't win our 2024 contest, we still wanted to celebrate his creativity. So, we made a unique shirt featuring his design. It's a testament to the pride and passion we have for our workplace. We truly love where we work!
