L & D was my first love of the HR world. I remember creating training manuals and painstakingly editing my presentation to make sure it was delivered 'user friendly'. Forget just in time video creation for new skills. Learning was organized months ahead of time and we spend a lot of our time just trying to get people into one room for a few hours. Twenty years later and we can create content with two clicks with the use of AI. We can -enhance content engagement -provide powerful tools for personalized learning experiences, -enhance accessibility of our courses. And our learners can digest that content anywhere, anytime and how they want to. We can track course usage and tie it to increased sales and customer retention. What will the future hold for L&D?
