Recently, members of the International Integration Program Office (PMW 740), installed and integrated a microwave network system in the Kingdom of Morocco. This unique and complex project also involved the nation constructing multiple towers prior to installation. The system will enable Coast Surveillance Sites and the Royal Moroccan Navy to communicate via a microwave backbone network. Recently, the US Navy's #Cybersecurity Program Office (PMW 130) released the next version of its Navy Commander’s Cyber Dashboard (NCCD) system, which introduces an upgraded Cyber Risk Index (CRI). "This capability provides afloat unit commanders with the levers they can pull to improve their command's cybersecurity posture and mitigate risks to their assigned missions,” noted Mike Dettman, PMW 130 Cyber Situational Awareness Portfolio Assistant Program Manager. PEO C4I’s Acting Executive Director, Jara Tripiano, has a special birthday message for both PEO C4I (22nd) and the US Navy (249th). PEO C4I was stood up on October 11, 2002 and on October 13, 1775, the Continental Congress established a naval force, hoping that a small fleet of privateers could attack British commerce and offset British sea power. PMW 760 awarded Scientific Research Corp (SRC), Charleston, SC, a task order valued at $20 million to provide C4I engineering services to the Navy’s Fleet Oiler Program (T-AO) hulls 211 through 214. Services include C4I system-of-systems integration, test, and build yard oversight. The task order was competitively awarded from a Multiple Award Contract (MAC).

Title: NC3 Lead Capability Integrator (LCI)/Submarine Modernization PAPM Learn more: https://lnkd.in/g4McqEMA The PMW 770 Undersea Communications and Integration Program Office delivers integrated and interoperable C4I capabilities and support to the Navy by connecting the undersea architecture of manned and unmanned systems and undersea vehicles to maximize Joint warfighting capability. The NC3 Lead Capability Integrator (LCI)/Submarine Modernization PAPM is responsible for planning and assessing maturity (Cost, Schedule and Performance) of more than 280 afloat and 75 shore installations annually to include an additional 50 Overmatch installations over three years. Constant coordination with POR APMs, PAPMs, NAVWAR 5.0 and TYCOMs/Fleet is required to successfully execute the assigned efforts. This position will coordinate across 22 PEO C4I NC3 programs, PEO Front Office and NAVWAR to provide a single coordinated response to taskers from OSD, STRATCOM, OPNAV etc.. while also providing briefs on PEO C4I actions to the same.

The LBUCS Receive program modernizes the low-power receive sub-systems of the FSBS. LBUCS Receive is fielded afloat as part of the CSRR SoS and ashore at Navy submarine C3 sites. The LBUCS Transmit program modernizes the low-power transmit sub-system of the FSBS. LBUCS Transmit is fielded ashore at the Broadcast Control Authorities and Broadcast Transmit Station sites. The LBUCS APM is responsible for leading a very large, geographically-dispersed team of software development, engineering design Agent, capability based in-service engineering agent, mission analysis, software development, radio receiver set design, cybersecurity, and procurement and production Team SMEs in an IPT construct to manage scope, cost, schedule, and performance of more than $40M per year for the Low Band Universal Communications System (LBUCS) and Submarine Communications Assessment Program/Continuing Evaluation Program/Navy Cybersecurity Assessment Program (SCAP/CEP/NCAP). The incumbent will demonstrate experience with pre-award system development contract activities and managing installation requirements across all submarine classes to include new construction, providing support to operational platforms, identifying issues and developing corrective solutions, and increasing cyber readiness. Responsible for coordinating with the Fleet Readiness Directorate (FRD), Fleet Installation Organizations (FIO), NAVWAR 4.0/5.0, NAVSEA, and TYCOMs/Fleet will be important to execute efforts along with familiarity with the NC3 strategic deterrent mission and associated security requirements.
