At the beginning of the year, our marketing team led a company all hands meeting where we discussed “One Thing” we wish others knew about Proformex.?It’s something I’ve spent quite a bit of time now reflecting on and wanted to share. I could say a lot of things about what I appreciate about Proformex and some of the amazing things our team has been able to accomplish, but to distill it down to "one thing" that I especially love about Proformex, it’s our enthusiasm for trying new things.? This may sound like a simple idea but I think it means a lot to do so effectively – it requires curiosity and collaboration on new ideas, the honest reflection on what is and isn’t working, and genuine enthusiasm for the process which helps gravitate others to what we’re doing. I’ve witnessed and experienced how powerful this mindset can be when it’s lived out by your whole team.??In a very personal way, this culture and the support of the team has empowered me to grow into a role in data analytics and develop new skills in programming, data analysis, and experience working with AI/ML.? These new skills and career trajectory wouldn’t be possible without the value that Proformex has placed on providing opportunities and encouragement to step out of my comfort zone and try my hand at something new. This aspect of our culture has opened so many new doors for us far beyond the original life insurance policy review application we were just a few years ago.?I can’t say enough about the genuine enthusiasm our leadership and commercial teams have generated in the market for solving industry-wide issues together – if you don’t believe me check out some of my reposts from the most recent Annual Elite Eight Bracket Challenge our team hosted at BISA and the esteemed championship belt.? We exhibit this in how our company is structured as well - just within the past few months, we’ve created a new “Innovation” team to dedicate time and resources to try out cool new ideas and develop solutions to these problems. I’ll end on a light note – this “willingness to try new things” extends to the fun we have at work as well.?Our company event back in January included a painting competition which everyone hopped into with enthusiasm and was a lot of fun.?Check out our painting champion Rugved Gole dressed as Bob Ross below.

Oh, my goodness. the Proformex #BISA2025 Bracket Challenge was… utterly… amazing! Laughter is good medicine for the soul. And, in less than an hour, we certainly showcased just that. To be in the room and hear all the applause, hoots, and hollers from throughout the crowd was special. We remain in awe of the answers shared and, of course, amazed by the imaginative ways in which those answers were delivered. The challenge brought together colleagues, peers, and friends and…. ?? Traveled to a galaxy far, far away and visited with Dunder Mifflin. ?? Stared into the soulful eyes of a puppy (seriously!!) and were schooled in just how to translate Gen Z speak. ?? We spent a Sunday at church, battled Jack Nicholson, listened to a little ditty, and celebrated everyone.? ?? Insights, takeaways, and golden nuggets of valuable information flowed and the showcase of creativity, ingenuity, imagination, and passion left all of use awestruck. To witness it was a special, special moment made ever more wonderful when set to the soundtrack of audience applause, genuine enthusiasm, and lots of shared laughter.
