Here’s another peek at our offsite adventures last month.??? From exploring Sausalito to visiting the Golden Gate Bridge and hitting a hiking trail together, we had a blast soaking up the great views and good company. It’s been a truly incredible year for Profluent, and we left energized for what’s to come.???

Our team recently gathered for an inspiring offsite in SF, where we engaged in a fireside chat on the development of ChatGPT with Fraser Kelton (formerly OpenAI) and heard bench to bedside perspectives on gene editing from Tirtha Chakraborty (former Head of Hematology at CRISPR Tx) and Victoria Gray (a sickle cell patient advocate and the first person to be cured with the CRISPR medicine Casgevy). In between programming, we got to enjoy each other’s company and capped off a great week with dinner in Sausalito.

ICYMI: Great to see Ali Madani at the annual AI x Bio Summit organized by Decoding Bio at the New York Stock Exchange last week. He was joined by Matej Macak, Philipp Lorenz, Tom Sercu and moderator Renee Y. in a panel to discuss foundation models in biology – and what’s next on the horizon for #AI in drug discovery.
