PIE encourages each cohort of employees to gather annually for an outing. Yesterday, PIE's Staff cohort came together to volunteer at the Gallatin Valley YMCA and reinforce PIE’s strategic initiative to be a "Lever for Good" in the community. ? Last year PIE awarded the Gallatin Valley YMCA our annual community giving award. Those funds are being used to create a speed and agility area, and yesterday?Kristin Horgan, Christina McLaughlin, Renee Storm, SHRM-CP, Kelsea Jacobs, Jennifer Pearson, Maxwell O'Dell rolled up their sleeves to clear space for the installation.?

PIE welcomed members of our DEI Community Roundtable and the local chapter of SHRM to our headquarters on August 15 for a special workshop co-hosted by Southwest Montana SHRM.?? ?
