?? Meet Ray from Thinglab3D, an innovator and a passionate musician who just 3D printed his 50th electric guitar — using the ???????????? ?????? to take his creations to the next level! Here’s why this project is so exciting: ?? Single-Piece Body: BigRep ONE’s large-format capabilities, paired with the PEX2 extruders, made it possible to print the guitar body in one piece, a first for Ray after using other printers. ?? Material Matters: Ray could use PLA, which offers a higher density and better feel than ABS, making the guitar sound and feel just right. ?? No Post-Processing: The guitar came straight off the BigRep ONE with no additional finishing required — ready for assembly and play! After 8 hours of 3D modeling and a seamless printing process using the PEX2 extruders, Ray attached the wooden neck and strings, showing how effectively additive manufacturing can work with traditional craftsmanship. ??
