In July 2023, we embarked on a mission to illuminate the landscape of compensation within the product stewardship community. With the participation of 351 professionals out of 6,028 surveyed, we compiled a 36 page summary that sheds light on the industry's compensation practices, including insights into salaries, bonuses, and benefits among other critical metrics. This invaluable resource is designed to empower PSS professionals with the data needed to navigate their career paths with confidence.
