“Since working at Prodigy, I have found the community to be small and very welcoming. We have many different projects going on, which creates lots of diversity throughout my project work and the different mechanisms, weldments, and assemblies I am designing. Since we work with multiple industries, cross training is a critical element, which allows me to learn and apply new knowledge throughout all the projects I am working on. I am also very happy to be a part of our young professionals’ group that volunteers in the community and creates social events for all employees. ”
Meet our Leaders
Learning & Development
At Prodigy, we support and appreciate our employees' active efforts towards education! We are currently focusing on a companywide DiSC training, which focuses on individuals' personality and working preferences in order to better collaborate with co-workers. We also use LinkedIn Learning, where our employees have completed over 300 course to help increase their soft skills and their engineering specializations.
Reds Tickets
Prodigy employees have access to some Reds tickets throughout the season. We think the view is great, how about you?
Co-op / Internship Program
Each semester, the Prodigy team hires and exposes college students to engineering in the product development space. We love to see and encourage these students' creativity and new perspectives! Pictured to the left is former co-op students, Cory Gish and Ryan Logsdon, who created Metaverse Maintenance. Prodigy exhibited this at CES due to its innovative use of technology, which leverages the use of several technologies including PCB design and firmware, cellular IOT communication.
