It puts too much emphasis on the solution and not enough on the problems it exists to solve. ?? It invites market confusion as vendors try to attach their existing solutions to a 'hot' emerging market. ?? It fails to give full credit to the organizational practices necessary to realize the full potential of a tool. Procurement orchestration is far more than it's hype. And thanks to analysts who have invested a lot into rationalizing the space in the last year, #procurement leaders are poised for widespread adoption well in advance of the 5-10 year time horizon proposed by Gartner.
