If your strategy only works in one software, it's not a very good strategy. ?? This belief has been driving me [crazy] for years. Even before my abrupt exit from the ClickUp consultant circles, I've set out to take ProcessDriven's approach to systemizing small businesses further. I started by recording the theory/beliefs/principles we've been refining (and practicing) for years. Managing tasks, writing SOPs, creating policies, and more... There's one key difference between how a PRO and a ROOKIE set up up automations for small businesses. (And it has nothing to do with tech skills.??)
