At Process Alliance we strive to ‘be a better model’. Be it how we solve problems, how we deliver solutions or even how we invest in our own; our goal is always ‘pouring in’. We pour into one another, we pour into our work, and therefore, into the lives of those impacted by the work we do every day. One of the ways in which we invest in each other is through our NextGen Leadership program. Our PA family is located all across the country. But opportunities abound for personal and professional growth no matter the locale. The NextGen team gathers monthly at our Franklin, Indiana headquarters, for 2 days of direct and intentional collaboration with our leadership. Lessons are shared, feedback is traded and the opportunity to directly and positively impact the future of the organization is celebrated. (Not to mention showing off our amazing community! While there might be mixed reactions about the game last night, the PA Back Office team celebrated in style last week with a Souper Bowl pitch-in! Buffalo Chicken, Chicken Noodle, Chicken Tortilla and Lasagna soups were served up and each one was DELISH! Think we're on to something here...March Madness next, perhaps?? ?? Thanks to PA Project Coordinator, Debbie Bolen, for the fantastic idea!! What fun things does your team do?

How is PA kicking off the new year? With a rock star addition! We are thrilled to introduce Brian Harris to the family as our Director of Business Development. Brian comes to Process Alliance with 35 years of engineering and operations experience, with a significant focus on external manufacturing and enterprise risk management. Welcome to the team, Brian! Nothing but great things ahead!

Last week, our team attended The BioCrossroads Life Sciences Summit, where we joined inspiring conversations on tackling obesity and diabetes in Indiana and around the country. This summit highlighted impactful local efforts aimed at both treating these diseases and breaking down the stigma surrounding them. We’re proud to be part of a community focused on innovative solutions for healthier futures in our state, and to be playing a significant role in creating life saving medicines for patients around the world!

A few members of the PA family spent a few days at the ISPE Conference in Orlando this week. Sharing opportunities to learn and grow within the industry is an integral part of the culture at Process Alliance. We're so glad they had a great time and can't wait to hear what they bring back with them! Process Alliance had the pleasure of sponsoring a trip to the Imagination Lab in Plainfield for all Franklin Community Schools 2nd Graders last week! This hands-on ?? STEM ?? experience introduced these young thinkers to the incredible world of science and technology and allowed them to explore the fun and creativity that comes with it! ?? The future is bright! ?? And PA is proud to play a small part in it!
