?? A little over a year ago, I made a bold move—I left my job to prioritize my well-being. While I had already found ways to create a better work-life balance, I knew something deeper was calling me, something bigger. I needed to step fully into my purpose. Leaving your job isn’t always the solution, but for me, it was the right choice to pave the way for real transformation. ? I took that leap of faith and launched Process Prosperity, an organizational development, capacity-building, and coaching practice. ?? Since then, I’ve helped clients build internal infrastructure, raise over $1.5M ??, and redesign programming to create sustainable impact ?? . I even stepped in to serve as the chief finance and operations officer for one of my clients, yet still managed to carve out enough space to continue running my practice.
