While I had already found ways to create a better work-life balance, I knew something deeper was calling me, something bigger. I needed to step fully into my purpose. I took that leap of faith and launched Process Prosperity, an organizational development, capacity-building, and coaching practice. ?? Since then, I’ve helped clients build internal infrastructure, raise over $1.5M ??, and redesign programming to create sustainable impact ?? . I even stepped in to serve as the chief finance and operations officer for one of my clients, yet still managed to carve out enough space to continue running my practice. And was named a top consultant for a premiere talent firm.
