At Pro2Serve, we recognize that much of our success is built on the dedication, expertise, and leadership of the incredible women across our organization. In recognizing International Women’s Day, we take a moment to appreciate their contributions and the impact they make every day. Our President & CEO, Sherry Browder, reflects on the importance of surrounding yourself with great people: “A gift I have been given, what I feel I truly have a knack for, is surrounding myself with really good people. That's what has helped me be successful. I'm on the shoulders of a lot of other people and I'm thankful for that every day.” This sentiment rings true as we celebrate the women of Pro2Serve—those who lead, support, and innovate alongside their colleagues to make a lasting impact. We are proud to work with such talented individuals who help shape the future of our industry. To the women of Pro2Serve and beyond—thank you for your hard work, leadership, and dedication. Today, we celebrate you! #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2025 #STEM #WomenInSTEM

Our Engineering Division held its quarterly update last week to celebrate year-to-date accomplishments, identify lessons learned, and develop action plans to enhance collaboration and design delivery. It was a great opportunity to unite remote and hybrid employees, fostering mutual investment and a shared understanding of their roles within the organization. The session concluded with the third Lunch and Learn focused on team dynamics and design workflow, especially as the team continues to grow. We're excited to see what they achieve in the months and years ahead! #continuouslearning #careergrowth #teamgrowth #collaboration
