Here's one from a deal on a 1981 Yamaha SR500 that happened over the weekend: "The “DealNow” feature worked great for a remote sale for me and seemingly for the seller - both of us 1st time users. Would be really efficient for additional transactions now my account is set up. Money went in, and out (1day via ACH), efficiently.     "This is perfect for buying a car long distance!" ?? Heard on a support call this week. What makes PrivateAuto perfect for long distance deals? 1. Mechanical inspection (integration with LemonSquad, a Wrench, Inc. company) When you're doing a long-distance deal, having it inspected is important because you're most likely unable to see the vehicle in person before purchasing it. With our LemonSquad integration, a certified mechanic performs an inspection and the report is uploaded directly in our app. 2. Electronic documents Every deal includes an eBill of Sale for ease of the transaction when not in person. We also now have the ability to add the Title Check service to the deal to verify details of the title with the state DMV. 3. Instant transfer of verified funds Our platform gives the seller the ability to verify if the buyer has funds for the deal. Then, when the shipper arrives to verify the title & details of the car, those funds can be transferred instantly at the tap of a button. 4. Vehicle transport (integration with RunBuggy) All coordinated within our app, the buyer can easily set up shipping to get the vehicle to their doorstep.     This one sold over the weekend: 2025 Rivian R1S for $72,000 What we've learned directly from the customer over the last two years is now coming to life with the launch of DealNow dot com. (coming soon) The art is in ironing out the nuances to the sale. This is mostly achieved by introducing simplicity while removing uncertainty. Complexity and uncertainty is abundant with money movement, titles, loan payoffs, transfer of ownership, etc. We are chiseling away at every aspect of this process and excited about the future. With DealNow, businesses (dealers) and marketplaces will now have access to this technology to power "scalable" transaction volumes. White label or branded flows available. As a "tech first" company, every implementation is designed to accommodate scale. In our product discussions....we float big numbers with every new feature. For example, what if 100,000 of those happened in one month, can it happen successfully without requiring human intervention? If the answer is YES, we move forward. If it is NO, we rethink.
