The PEWIN Mid-Atlantic Chapter brought our ASCEND initiative to Washington DC last week where our members met with an insightful group of rising stars to discuss the best ways to support them in their respective journeys to senior leadership.?At all of our ASCEND events this year, we have heard from this cohort about the importance of community in lifting women up in their respective careers, a value upon which PEWIN was founded and built. We intend to continue to create and foster these communities for our current and future membership in 2025 and beyond!?Thank you to Kate Price and the team at Winston & Strawn LLP for hosting us and supporting PEWIN throughout the year.?We are proud to be your partner!?

It was incredibly heartening to welcome so many PEWIN members to our NYC event last evening, where we shared post-election thoughts and insights, and heard from Holli Heiles Pandol on what to expect from the incoming administration. Uncertainty loves company and we are grateful to those who took time from a very busy conference schedule this week to convene and connect at a time when our mission to uplift and support woman leaders feels more important than ever. Thank you to the Carta team and especially Sophie Geschwind, CPA for hosting our members in a fabulous space and such a thoughtful manner.

How do you find your people at a conference as big as Informa's SuperInvestor Europe? You show up at a PEWIN breakfast and join your peers for an hour of connection before diving back into meetings. We are grateful to be able to provide opportunities like last week's Monaco gathering for our members. Thank you to Ana Maria Harrison and Anna Ferguson for their leadership in Europe -- and convening this impressive group of senior level women. It's what we do.

PEWIN Paris is full speed ahead!?After launching our French chapter in June, we held our first official event last week, convening two dozen women leaders to discuss the global venture capital outlook across Europe and the United States.?We were incredibly fortunate to have Anne Germain, Kate Mitchell and SC Moatti on hand to share their candid perspectives on the investing landscape, political outlook, and the state of innovation at this unprecedented time. We are very grateful for the team at Proskauer Paris for hosting us in their fantastic space and for being such a strong supporter of PEWIN. And thank you to Alona Ponomareva, whose leadership and efforts to grow our Parisian membership have been so successful. We can't wait for our next event in January 2025!

Earlier this week, our Florida Chapter hosted an empowering, interactive discussion led by Kate Romanowicz, which delved into the critical tools and insights to excel in leadership roles and leave a lasting impact across their organizations. Its always wonderful when our out-of-town members are able to connect during their travels at one of our 17 chapter worldwide. Thank you to Jackie de Sanctis and ClearSky for hosting us. We have plenty planned for our Sunshine State chapter in Q4 and 2025 and are looking forward to engaging with our resident members and travelers when schedules align.

Our PEWIN Seoul Chapter recently gathered for vibrant networking dinner where our members expressed their gratitude for our organization and each other. We love seeing the group sharing the Korean "son-heart" gesture which signifies love and affection. We are so proud of the work of this chapter, and the camaraderie of our members there.
