Not only does this facility enhance sustainable packaging solutions, but it has also brought over 150 jobs to the area. The next time you order online, maybe your package was created right here in Dallas! This industrial finish out included a new control room on the manufacturing floor, updated loading dock equipment, modernized offices and a breakroom, MEP upgrades for chillers and a compressed air system and a brand new 4-story demising wall. We're proud to have partnered with such an innovative company and look forward to seeing their continued success.
