Beautiful footage captured during the final light aiming exercise of our Old Parkland East Campus project located at 3920 Maple Ave in Dallas. Beck provided preconstruction, construction, and architecture for three adjoining office towers, totaling 280,000 SF. The three towers ranged from five to eight stories and fit the architectural aesthetic of six other buildings Beck designed and built on the Old Parkland campus. The east campus also boasts an underground, three-level parking garage. This lighting exercise was coordinated with The Lighting Practice and a special thanks goes to Jack Cassels of The Beck Group for flying the drone and coordinating the late-night work. Ever wonder where your shipping boxes come from? 📦 RO recently completed of the fit-out for Greif CorrChoice Dallas more than two months ahead of schedule, for their first corrugated box facility in Texas! Not only does this facility enhance sustainable packaging solutions, but it has also brought over 150 jobs to the area. The next time you order online, maybe your package was created right here in Dallas! This industrial finish out included a new control room on the manufacturing floor, updated loading dock equipment, modernized offices and a breakroom, MEP upgrades for chillers and a compressed air system and a brand new 4-story demising wall. We're proud to have partnered with such an innovative company and look forward to seeing their continued success.
