On Trans Day of Remembrance (TDOR), we honor lives lost to anti-trans violence. In a climate where trans rights are increasingly under attack, our commitment to accessible, affirming, and compassionate gender-affirming healthcare and support services is critical critical. The systemic issues fueling violence against our trans family—white supremacy, misogyny, racism, and xenophobia—remain prevalent. At CAP, we are committed to challenging those systemic issues, advocating for a better path forward, and ensuring we are at the forefront of advancing person-centered care that meets the needs of every individual in our community.

Compassionate healthcare for the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.
关于我们
Prism Health offers a safe, affirming, and non-judgmental space where all members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community can obtain the compassionate and culturally effective health care they need and deserve. We prioritize inclusivity to ensure that all members of the LGBTQ+ community can access affirming and high-quality health care. Patients do not have to be lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or queer to receive care, but services will focus on addressing the sensitive issues of sexual and gender minorities and their families and friends.

Dear community, on Tuesday, August 20th, Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) received a threatening phone call from a former employee. Out of an abundance of caution, we immediately closed all CAP locations. Portland Police were engaged, and it has been determined there is no current threat to safety. To allow our staff time to regroup, CAP's Davis Street location will re-open to the public on Monday, August 26th. All other CAP locations, including Our House, SW Washington, and both Prism Health locations, will resume normal operations on Thursday, August 22nd. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
