Last week, our Associate Board gathered with our lead educator and Program Manager Gisselle Hernandez to experience our curriculum firsthand—reflecting on the 8 areas that make up their lives and how these align with their core values. Some of us discovered key areas that are thriving, while others were surprised to find that despite our brain's natural tendency to focus on the negative, we have much to be grateful for. Every 30 minutes in our sessions, we guide students through a simple but powerful practice: connecting with their physical experience.
