Robert Davari and his team have developed a modern, cutting-edge solution that offers a seamless, sleek, and secure purchase experience for our fans. After thoroughly testing various options (and there are many worthy competitors), Tixr emerged as the best in class, perfectly suited to support our growing operations. This week, we’ve already begun transitioning to the Tixr platform with new shows being announced this week. At the same time, we’ve secured a partnership with Cymbal to complement this transition. Cymbal's integration with Tixr ensures seamless data flow from events to email and SMS, allowing our team to be more effective in promoting upcoming events. With just three key partners—Prism.fm, Cymbal, and Tixr—we’ve successfully addressed 85% of our longstanding technology challenges.
