PPSAFI has successfully implemented programs for business owners by reducing their liability and exposure for potential lawsuits. PPSAFI is a full service employee benefits consulting, insurance and actuarial firm, including Third Party Administration (TPA) and actuarial services for all tax qualified retirement plans and personal/business insurance including life, health and disability. We provide education and guidance to the plan sponsor in fulfilling their role as a fiduciary under the Department of Labor regulations. Our company specializes in DOL/IRS compliance, plan design, annual administration, preparation of Form 5500 filings and cost savings analysis. We can offer our plan consulting services to advisors that are not specialized in retirement planning. As an independent firm, we work with all industry leading custodians, record-keepers and financial institutions, as well as brokers and advisors to provide comprehensive TPA services to their clients. Consulting services include customized plan design for all Defined Contribution Plans: 401(k) Plans, Profit Sharing and 403(b) Plans and Defined Benefit Plans:Traditional and Cash Balance. The firm also handles the implementing of insurance into any of these plans to allow maximum tax deductibility. We also offer a Delinquent Filer Voluntary Correction Program for companies who have not filed their past due Form 5500's. The firm offers a cost effective way to correct this error and avoid penalties and/or plan disqualification.
