After attending CREFC last week and IMN Laguna this week, Priority Capital Advisors’ Founder and President, Zack Streit, is preparing for two major conferences next week: NMHC in Las Vegas on Tuesday ALIS Hotel Conference on Wednesday January has been an incredible month for Priority Capital Advisors, with major achievements, including: 1. Successfully closing a $31M loan for a 123-key boutique hotel in Seattle. 2. Securing a $21M predevelopment land loan for a 250-unit multifamily project that includes 50,000 square feet of retail space. 3. Closing two additional transactions, totaling $93M in deals closed this month. Our recent achievements reflect ongoing momentum in key areas: $40M in multifamily transactions closed this month. Contributing to $200M in multifamily construction financing secured in 2024. $75M in hotel financing closed over the past 12 months. Kicking off 2025 with a bang and a big closing - $31,000,000 in hotel financing for an asset in Seattle, WA. Priority Capital Advisory marketed the deal to 120 lenders, received 6 actionable quotes, and had numerous site visits. We opted for a debt fund offering a sub 400 spread execution (~8% all-in rate). Congratulations to the team on the execution and a great start to what looks to be an active year ahead.
