Last week, Gustavo Casas and I had the honor of having Monica Royer speak at our Printing Press Chicago E-commerce Co-working Day My favorite takeaway was when Monica said, “If you build it, they won’t come” When I started Club Doctor I was caught in the delusional mindset that as soon as the product went live people would magically find it and start buying ?? 3 years late, hours of content made, hundreds of thousands in ad dollars spent, and I couldn’t agree with this quote more
