We were proud to be recognized by the Plastics Pipe Institute (PPI) for the 2023 Drainage Division Project of the Year. This non-typical underground drainage system for the University of Alabama's Bryant-Denny Stadium uses dual-wall GOLDFLO? pipe and is designed to manage water while also supporting a Crimson Tide turf upgrade. The system includes over a mile of pipe connected to a SubAir system which supplies fresh, warmed air to the new turf's root system to enhance growth. Thanks to our project partners:? Superior Drainage Products, Distributor? Precision Turf LLC, System Designer/Installer? Prinsco HydroStor HS180 Chambers Provide Efficient Stormwater Management for Trailer Storage Facility. This project, completed in July 2020, features Prinsco's HydroStor HS180 chambers as a key component of the stormwater management strategy for a new trailer storage facility. The system effectively manages runoff while requiring minimal space. Key Project Features: 1. Massive Storage Capacity: 80 HS180 units provide over 16,500 cubic feet of underground storage, maximizing usable space within the facility. 2. Centralized Inflow: A center manifold system efficiently directs stormwater into the chamber system. 3. Built-in Sediment Control: The system incorporates a sediment capture system to protect water quality and maintain system performance. 4. Durable and Reliable: HS180 chambers are manufactured to AASHTO and ASTM standards, ensuring long-term structural integrity. This project demonstrates how Prinsco can partner closely with project teams to design and implement a solution that maximizes efficiency and minimizes environmental impact.
