HydroStor? Protects Production at California Snack Food Plant Prinsco HydroStor chambers were installed as part of an underground detention system at a major snack food processing center in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This system was implemented to safeguard the facility's operations from stormwater runoff. The challenge? Keeping the facility functional while managing heavy rainfall and maximizing valuable space. Key Project Features: High-Capacity Storage: Nearly 230 HS180 chambers were installed, providing an impressive 45,000 cubic feet of stormwater storage beneath the parking area. Easy Maintenance: The Prinsco Sediment Row traps sediment, minimizing maintenance needs and maximizing system lifespan. Built with Integrity: The chambers are manufactured to meet AASHTO H20 and HL 93 standards for loading, ensuring they can withstand heavy traffic at the facility. This project offered a complete solution by utilizing a combination of Prinsco HS180 chambers, Harco PVC drain basins, and Prinsco Goldflo? HDPE pipe manifolds to create a comprehensive stormwater management solution. This project demonstrates our commitment to responsive service by providing free, site-specific layouts and estimates within 24 hours.?To further ensure a smooth installation, we also offered pre-construction training and on-site support to the project team. HydroStor? Chambers Maximize Space for Arizona Apartment Complex Prinsco's HydroStor chambers recently proved their value at a new apartment complex in Mesa, Arizona. Faced with heavy rainfall potential, the project needed a solution to prevent flooding and maximize usable space. Key Project Features: Massive Capacity. 396 HS290 chambers provide nearly 75,000 cubic feet of underground stormwater storage, preventing the parking lot from flooding. Built with Integrity. HydroStor chambers were designed to meet AASHTO H20 live load and HL93 design load standards, ensuring durability under heavy traffic. Low-Maintenance Design. The sediment row traps over 80% of sediment, simplifying upkeep. Prinsco worked closely with the project partners to design a customized solution that addressed the site's unique challenges and requirements. Our commitment to service, combined with our technical expertise, ensured a successful and efficient project outcome.
