What an amazing year??????
As 2023 winds down to a close, it is time to thank those who have helped us throughout this tumultuous year. 2023 was by far from the most challenging of years to secure financing on commerical properties, with many banks on a lending pause, a few even shut down completely by the feds, and rates skyrocketing. With only what can be explained as pure kindness from The One Above, at #pcg we secured close to 100 loans in 2023. Ranging from traditional multifamily to Self Storage, and of course our niche asset class, Mobile Home and RV Parks. We closed with over 20 different lenders in 28 states! Personally for me, it was a lesson to shut out the negative noise while trusting in God and your own abilities to deliver even in uncertain times. Focus on the positive and you then get to see that #wekeepclosing isn’t just a slogan, it’s a mentality. We could not have accomplished this amazing feat without our dear loyal clients, and close bank relationships. Especially in volatile times, we get to appeciate each and every one of you even more, so THANK YOU!!! Of course none of this is possible without my partner Avi Weiss committed diligence to every single client and deal throughout the entire underwriting process, and the amazing team of loan processors who help take each deal across the finish line. Shoutout to Mordy Jurkowitz for absolutely crushing it this year, I am amazed at his dedication and teamwork every single day. Thankfully, over the last month we saw rates start to tumble down, and even some banks begin to come out of their shells.
