The key responsibilities for the Regional Marketing Coordinator is to work in tandem with Niles retail and head of brand comms / marketing to create a bridge between the global marketing efforts and Niles specific needs. This person will need the ability to move quickly and nimbly, reacting to short-term retail/marketing needs while also working with both teams for long-term planning (events, product launches, specials, promotions, vendor days, etc.). Please note this is a part time role with an estimated 30-35 hours per week with 50% of the time estimated to be on site or at events). Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for capturing on-premises and regional content for marketing/promotional/social media purposes, sharing directly via Primitiv’s IG stories while also cataloguing these images for potential future use. Serve as the bridge between retail marketing needs on-premises and off-site marketing team for asset creation, weekly discounts and deals in-store, advertisement copy creative needs and more. Serve as the lead for our regional brand awareness campaign to include participation in brand-appropriate events, pop-ups, and street-team appearances. Work closely with Primitiv Givs philanthropic initiatives as it relates to brand awareness and content capture / sharing of assets. Spearhead local and regional media relations outreach responsibilities as it relates to Primitiv publicity efforts for product offerings, events, appearances and more. Must be 21 years of age or older to apply. Email a cover letter and resume to [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected] to be considered. ● Ensure company core values meet or agree with personal values (copy provided upon request) ● Some professional experience in a similar role is preferred ● Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. ● Be able to prioritize and re-prioritize needs as the situation dictates ● Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) ● Critical thinking skills are vital, in addition to analytical problem-solving ● Demonstrate exceptional customer service ● Positive communication skills, both written and verbal ● Willing to travel within 25 miles to capture digital assets, attend events, pop-ups and activations ● Cannabis industry experience and knowledge is highly desired. ● Demonstrate the ability to assist in building a positive working environment ● College degree in a relevant marketing discipline is preferred but not mandatory ● Social media savvy
