Three incredible women from our team attended the?Black History Month Roundtable: Reclaiming Rest?at CHIEF—an organization dedicated to maximizing the impact of women executives by fostering leadership, connection, and change. This conversation was a powerful reminder that rest is not just a luxury, but a radical act of self-preservation and resilience. As we honor the contributions of women this month, we also acknowledge the importance of balance, well-being, and creating spaces where women can lead authentically and sustainably. As inaugural members of the Block x Block (BxB) Initiative, we helped navigate due diligence and negotiations for the purchase and will provide property management, asset management, leasing, tenant coordination, and development services. This collaboration ensures the project remains deeply rooted in community needs, driving long-term neighborhood stability. We’re excited for what’s ahead and the impact this will have on Evermont.
