Another project approved! After 14 months of hard work by the PrimeSpace Capital team together with our architects, engineers and attorneys, we finally got the zoning and site plan approved for another beautiful self storage project! This project was designed to aesthetically blend in with the residential and commercial surrounding the site. Looking forward to breaking ground on this one shortly!

I never set an auto reply when I am out of the office, given the nature of responsibilities. I make sure to constantly check in even when I am out of the office. Today was the first time I have done so. Between Wednesday and Thursday, I will be attempting to bike 170 miles to raise awareness and support for the great organization Bike4Chai. To me, a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony serves as a reminder that we did it, yet again! In development, every project comes with its own set of challenges and obstacles, sometimes it can seem that there is no way out. But when we get to cut the ribbon and officially open for business, it proves that with perseverance, almost everything is possible.
