PRIMEMAS is a semiconductor startup based in Santa Clara, US with R&D center in Seoul. It specializes in low-cost, high-performance Hub Chiplet SoC modules designed for the emerging chiplet industry. PRIMEMAS Hub Chiplets, "Hublets?" use high-bandwidth, low-latency D2D interfaces to achieve seamless infrastructure sharing with custom partner dies, making them a universal choice for a wide variety of markets (CXL, AI, Crypto, Data Analytics). With PRIMEMAS Hublets, the cost and time needed to design and manufacture a custom SoC can be reduced by a factor of 10x.
