Our Vision For children and youth to reach their fullest potential in school and life Our Mission To help children and youth succeed by strengthening and expanding quality in the out-of-school time field Prime Time Palm Beach County is a nonprofit intermediary organization that serves out-of-school time (OST) programs and practitioners. We provide supports and resources that increase program quality to positively impact school-age youth. Prime Time provides a set of quality standards, a system for reaching these standards through assessment, technical assistance and resources, as well as a broad and diverse range of program enhancements to afterschool providers. We need you to take action! Tell Congress not to cut child care—go to 3to6.co/reconciliation now! Families already pay up to $9,000 a year per child for child care, afterschool, and summer care. This financial strain has forced many parents to cut or eliminate working hours, affecting not only their households, but local and state economies.?The Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit (CDCTC) is vital to easing these costs, yet it hasn't been increased in decades. Some proposals even suggest eliminating it entirely. Urge Congress to include a refundable, increased CDCTC in the final reconciliation bill—indexed to inflation and available to all taxpaying families.

Stories and STEM sprouts into action with fun germination activities, learning how a seed turns into a plant. We read "Things That Grow" by Libby Walden to understand the life cycle of plants.?Students created living seed necklaces that are able to grow from their own body heat and later be planted at home. This February, kids from Lantana Elementary 21st Century afterschool program had a blast with the Read! Lead! Succeed! program. They explored the powerful message of self-love, reading stories about embracing who they are, and then they got creative by crafting their own framed mirrors and puzzles as meaningful keepsakes.
