The Ed Davis Community Center is featured in the March 2025 issue of Northeast Ohio Properties Magazine! ?? We’re proud to have partnered with the City of Akron on the transformation of this beloved community hub—and excited to see the story shared with a wider audience. ? Our own Julia Duhart was interviewed for the feature, offering insight into the design vision and the lasting impact this revitalized space will have on the community. ? Originally built in 1976 and located on 12 acres within Perkins Park, the center was expanded from 12,000 to 21,000 square feet to better serve the needs of Akron residents. Improvements include a full-size gymnasium with indoor walking track, teen activity room, upgraded kitchen, outdoor playground, and accessible site enhancements. The thoughtful design also reconnects the center to its natural surroundings, with updated landscaping and expanded views of the wooded park. ? ?? Akron, OH ?? Completed: January 2025 ???
