Our Baltimore team joined Habitat for Humanity to honor Veterans at their Veteran Build that was held on November 6th! Thank you to everyone who participated, you all made a big impact for the future homeowners! PRIME AE is partnered with Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake allowing us to blend financial, volunteer, and advocacy resources and further Habitat’s mission of building affordable housing and revitalizing neighborhoods throughout the Baltimore metro area.

PRIME AE had an amazing day giving back at Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government’s Jacobson Park with the Friends of Jacobson Park! ?? With 20 dedicated volunteers, we planted 16 trees, refreshed fences with a fresh coat of paint, and collected trash to keep our park beautiful. Huge thanks to everyone who made this day possible!

Last week, several of our team members headed to Columbus for the Ohio Transportation Engineering Conference (OTEC), the premier gathering for industry leaders to explore innovative strategies for moving people and goods safely and efficiently across the state! One of the standout moments was Dan Todd, P.E.'s captivating presentation on the King Ave Bridge Replacement project. Here’s a sneak peek of what he shared: The Warren County Engineer's Office recently completed the construction of a 520 feet long (2 span) bridge on King Ave. over the Little Miami River. The new bridge now carries approx. 10,000 vehicles per day on two wider lanes of traffic and a separated shared-use path across a State and National Scenic River. A precast arch bridge, adjacent to the river bridge, now spans over the Little Miami Scenic Trail, eliminating a dangerous at grade road and trail crossing. The new bridge also carries a water main and sanitary sewer across the river. Other improvements include a new parking lot for the trail, roundabout at the intersection of the trail access and a development that includes apartments and a brewery, and improved geometry of roadway. Sending a huge thank you to everyone who played a part in making this conference a success! Your hard work and dedication are what drive our industry forward.
