????It's not every day that I get to share a role at Primary Venture Partners, but today is one of those days and FINANCE network, I'm looking at you!???? I'm excited to share an opportunity to join Primary's industry-leading Impact team as VP, Strategic Finance and Corporate Development. This hire will partner closely with portfolio founders and leaders to support them with their financial models and operations, ad hoc strategic analysis and fundraising prep. While this hire will collaborate VERY closely with Primary's investment partners, this is NOT an investment role. Qualified candidates must be extremely fluent with B2B business models and should have 10+ years of finance?experience, including leadership roles at VC-backed startups as well as transaction or diligence experience from either an investment banking or growth investing role. Prior experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity or growth equity will definitely be given strong preference. This role is an in-office position in NYC, no exceptions.
