On my travels I will commonly meet with the human resources department. I always ask, "how many workers are you in need of ?" Upon hearing the answer. I will followup by asking what department has the greatest need. The answer is commonly maintenance. I always recommend sponsoring local student farm organizations and/or country fairs. Why? Because farmers are untapped population that many aluminium plants fail to realize. In my previous career I had several coworkers who worked night shift and farmed during the day. Many were maintenance personnel. I commend my friends at Pries Enterprises Inc for supporting their local National 4-H Council and their local #Buchanan County Fair. Keep up the good work!

Last week we supported our local 4H clubs and the Buchanan County Fair by purchasing two hogs from the livestock sale to recognize four of our employees who have been making great strides at Pries!
