Yesterday, we celebrated the ribbon-cutting of the Alan Horwitz "Sixth Man" Center, marking the completion of this transformative project. It was inspiring to hear from State Senator Vincent Hughes, Mayor Cherelle Parker, and PYB's Co-founder & CEO Kenny Holdsman. This project may be the largest ever completed by a minority-owned construction manager in the City of Philadelphia.?PYB's $25 million investment has resulted in a 100,000 sq. ft. facility, featuring premier basketball courts with an acre of hardwood floor, a modern fitness suite, and dedicated youth development areas. We are extremely grateful to Philadelphia Youth Basketball for entrusting Pride Enterprises with the honor of bringing their vision to life. This achievement was made possible through the exceptional efforts of our partners. Special thanks to Voith & Mactavish Architects LLP for their outstanding architectural design and D3 Development Limited for their role as Owners Representative, ensuring a smooth project execution. Thank you to everyone who supported us on this journey! #PrideEnterprises #ConstructionManagement #CommunityImpact #YouthEmpowerment #Philadelphia #DiversityInConstruction #SixthManCenter #AlanHorwitzSixthManCenter #RibbonCutting
