Meaningful changes are underway at the San Diego Rescue Mission as we renovate their downtown facility to better serve the community. We're transforming 87 units across six floors, refreshing corridors, and creating bright, welcoming spaces for the students who call this place home. As a tenant-in-place project, our main focus is minimizing disruptions. We're carefully coordinating our work to ensure residents can maintain their daily routines while we enhance their living environment. Our mission of "Building Better Together" is at the heart of our work with Ronald McDonald House Charities on their expansion near Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego. Ronald McDonald House offers families a comforting place to stay while their children receive critical care. With this expansion, 27 new guestrooms and additional amenity spaces will help meet the growing demand for family housing and support services. We’re proud to be part of a project that reflects Ronald McDonald House's vision and provides vital support to families during challenging times. Reeling in memories! ?? The Prevost team just wrapped up an unforgettable all-day fishing adventure at the Coronado Islands, cruising through Mexican waters. From Bluefin and Yellowfin to Yellowtail and Dorado, the fish were biting all day long. Big congrats to Taylor Prevost for catching the biggest fish and to Teryn Pitassi’s son, Hayden, who reeled in an impressive 14! Shoutout to Grande for a great experience and fresh filets, ready to cook up. We can't wait for the next one. #WorkHardPlayHard

Take a look at our latest refresh project in Carlsbad for Luminous Capital Management, LLC. We transformed the interior into a versatile ‘white box’ space by removing all walls and finishes, perfect for potential life science tenants. The space also features updated restrooms, a new kitchenette, and a staircase with a wood feature wall in the lobby. The building got a fresh look with new exterior paint, steel canopies at the entrances, a revamped parking lot with EV charging stations, and updated landscaping around the perimeter, creating a welcoming atmosphere. This project offers a flexible and modern environment, ready for future tenants to customize. We're excited to see how the space will be used.

What an amazing day at our annual company picnic! The Prevost family and friends came together for a day of fun and camaraderie under sunny, beautiful skies. Kids enjoyed the bounce house while everyone indulged in Handel’s ice cream sundaes and delicious BBQ catering. The highlight of the day was a competitive yet fun kickball tournament, creating lasting memories and strengthening our bonds. Thank you to everyone who made it a day to remember!

Project Spotlight: Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals HQ, San Diego? ? We're excited to share a glimpse into the transformative journey of the Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals headquarters. This extensive project involved turning a completely bare 155,000 sq. ft. space into a cutting-edge facility that blends high-tech labs and dynamic office areas. The process required meticulous coordination, with over 100 skilled professionals on-site daily, managing everything from high-up mechanical installations to precision drywalling. The new HQ features vaulted ceilings and a mix of chemistry and biology labs and Class A office space, supported by advanced infrastructure including large air handling units and a robust power backup system. Thanks to a stellar collaboration with Ware Malcomb, tk1sc, Kaufman Engineering Inc, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., and PMA - Project Management Advisory, this project not only met but exceeded expectations. John Schultz, our Senior Superintendent, noted, "Completing the Arrowhead project was immensely rewarding, showcasing our capability to navigate and adapt through complex challenges."
